2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

Once verified, Elyria may provide a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Order Cancellations

4. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address provided by the customer

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal of delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.
